Senior Property Consultant & Founder

Laila is an experienced and relentless specialist in Residential Lettings & Investments with an aptitude for the property market and understanding of clients needs that makes her stand out from the thousands of agents out there- Fully accredited member of ARLA with appropriate industry qualifications and over 12 years of local lettings experience within the area. Laila was recently shortlisted as one of the TOP 25  Negotiators in the UK at The ESTAs Peoples Choice Awards.

Having previously managed and developed two agencies from new start to market leading positions, Laila is now fulfilling her dream of running her own boutique agency with a fabulous team. Born and raised in the local Poole area, a family girl who loves travelling the world when possible & is a huge Boxing fan.

Georgie has joined the SB team to support our founder Laila with the running and overseeing of the agency. A mum of two gorgeous children, Georgie has dedicated the last few years to being a fabulous mum and now is returning to real estate which is where her passion and previous experience prevails. With a wealth of commercial & residential property experience and degree in real estate as well as a huge passion for the area we live in we are delighted to have this breath of fresh air in our team.
