Laila and the Silverbirch team recently helped me sell my Bournemouth flat. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. A bespoke sales plan was created and open days for the property held. The flat was marketed to the appropriate target buyers and soon we had several excellent offers. There were some issues with the land registry but throughout a frustrating delay the Silverbirch team kept all those involved fully informed and patient for the desired outcome for all. The service offered is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend Silverbirch to those looking for something of more value than the standard from an estate agent.
Having reached to ripe old age of ……… and in receipt of my State pension you can be sure that I have, by now, bought & sold a number of properties, which always required the services of an Estate Agent. I am sure I am not alone in having mixed views regarding the competency and integrity etc etc of Estate Agents. Am I? However, its never too late to be proven wrong and Silverbirch have certainly managed rot change my opinion. They contacted me regarding the marketing of my property, would I be interested in using their services? Given my property had been on the market for a number of months with no success I decided to ‘give them a go’. Best thing I ever did. The property was viewed a number of times within the first week with an offer following very shortly afterwards. I can honestly say that my dealing with Laila and the Silverbirch’s staff throughout the process was excellent, first class and very professional.. Communications were brilliant, always being kept up to date in a timely manner, great, just what I wanted. I think it took a total of six weeks from offer to completion!
